Success-Based Pricing:
- SUCCESSFUL SEARCH: Full quoted price due upon delivery of results
- PARTIAL SUCCESS: We’ll discuss fair compensation based on findings
- UNSUCCESSFUL SEARCH: You pay only 30% research fee for time and resources invested
What “Unsuccessful” Means:
If after exhaustive searching using all available legal methods, I cannot locate your target, you’re only responsible for the research fee. This covers my time, travel expenses, database costs, and effort. Think of it as hiring a fishing guide – even if we don’t catch fish, you still pay for the boat and expertise.
Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit required to start (applied to final fee)
- Balance due on successful completion
- Research fee (30% of quote) if unsuccessful
- Travel expenses billed separately for IRL/Full packages
